Jimmy Crystal Sunglasses and Onesole Shoes

The Jimmy Crystal sunglasses and the latest Onesole shoes and tops will be arriving Friday! Will post pics as soon as we can get them unpacked. Jimmy Crystal makes some fabulous crystallized sunglasses (all with Swarovski crystals). Do you like a little bit of bling or a whole lot of BLING? Jimmy Crystal has everything from the classy, subtle bling to some serious eye-popping bling going on!

Onesole - A creative and unique shoe with comfort, style, and versatility. This new concept allows for the purchase of one or more Stylish Soles, then the separate purchase of any one or more designer tops that suits your taste, mood, or occasion!

Onesoles are awesome shoes. You purchase the base of the shoe and get 3 tops with your shoes. Onesole tops are designed to snap on and off so you can change designs as easily as you change clothes. The tops are a heavy neoprene material that is very comfortable. The woman that designed these, actually designed them to fit the shape of a woman's foot! Imagine that! Mom and I both teach school and are on our feet all day long. It is nice to be able to wear a pair of shoes that doesn't hurt! And they are actually made in the USA!

I got it..It was beautiful!!! She loved it..It looks just like her horse..PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!! Joy W., Oklahoma

I love happy customers! I never even saw a picture of the horse - I just knew it was a white horse with some gray paint spots. I wished I would have taken a picture of it to post but he had an urgent date with a 50th birthday party.

Horse Head Beads

Here are 4 trays of horse head beads that are currently available. They range from $35.00 to $85.00.

Red Roan with Byzantine Chainmaille Necklace

This necklace was a custom order. I created my own frit (crushed glass) to blend for the color of the horse. I also cut all of the sterling rings so I could assemble the chainmaille necklace to compliment the horse bead. I also made two companion beads to use as accents in the chain.

Red Disk Necklace

The August challenge at New Braunfels Art League was Shades of Red. This necklace is the result of that challenge. I used 8 different shades of red and orange to create it. It took me 8 hours on the torch to make all of the beads and then another 4 hours to assemble. It flows around your neck like a red tide. The round beads are very much Italian and the flat disk beads are very ethnic looking. Be on the lookout - I've been making another set of beads in shades of turquoise to make a similar necklace.

Red Horse with Gold Leaf and Coral Beads

I love this necklace. It took me a long time to work up enough nerve to actually use the gold leaf! It makes a great combination with the stunning red glass. I added 14kt gold fill beads and dyed red coral beads that were the perfect match for the red glass. It is my new favorite combination so look for more colors with gold leaf!

Sorry I Have Been Gone So Long.....

Sorry I haven't updated here in a while. It has been a busy couple of months. My orange persian, Garfield, was diagnosed with cancer right before Christmas. We started treatment but sadly he did not make it through to the new year. We also lost our 1st homegrown World Champion, Glittering Cowgirl, on Christmas Day. Yes, my jewelry is named after her. She was very special to all of us. She is buried on the property next to a couple of our other show horses. We have a pet crematorium just up the road from us but they are not designed to cremate large animals. Good thing I guess, it would have taken a really large urn. I can laugh now but it was really tough losing two animals within days of each other. Will post pictures later. The good thing is that we still have one of Glitzy's daughters that I am starting to ride. She is a natural trail horse and gravitates toward the trail poles. She likes to have that challenge! She ought to make a great trail horse.
